Decay:
Every Tuesday there will be a decay of 10% to your EP and GP, this is done to avoid hoarding of points.

On-Time EP:
We will take attendance 10 min before the raid is scheduled to start. Only people who are zoned in and ready to go at that time will recieve On-Time EP. If you would like to receive On-Time EP, we suggest that you be at the stone ready for an invite at 5:30p.m. server time. The On-Time EP value is relative to half of the lowest Boss Kill EP of the zone.

End of Raid EP:
You will recieve EP for staying til the end of the raid (9:00 server). The EP value is relative to half of the lowest Boss Kill EP of the zone.

Point Worth:
On-Time and End of Raid for Ulduar Raid: 100
Boss Kill Ulduar: 200
Achievements: Points based on difficulty, at Zoq/Fendi's discretion. Not all Achievements will be worthy of bonus EP.

GP Penalty:
1. In the event that you have to AFK, you are required to notify the raid leader of your emergency, otherwise you will receive 50GP.
2. Members who come unprepared; for example not having reagents/flasks/etc, will receive 50GP.
3. Members who check the box to a 25 man raid and do not show will receive 50GP, unless they notify an officer, the raid leader, or one of the guild leaders know they can't make it, OR make a post on the website saying they can't make it.

EP Loot Policy:
All raid loot will be distributed in accordance to players' loot priority (PR).
Order of whom is entitled to loot:
Officer/Raider (Core or Casual) (Main Spec)
Raiding alts (Main Spec)
Alt (Off spec)/ Guest
Probation
Out of Guildy

Note: If a guild member leaves the guild, quits WOW, or stops playing for 3 or more months; their collected EP, GP are void. So no joke /gquits or anything or your points will be lost.

Receiving Items:
When someone wishes to recieve an item, they will NEED to pay attention to the loot master on Vent. There WILL be a priority system on who recieves loot, and the loot master will call it out over VENT what priority step they are on.It is each person's individual responsibility to be paying attention! In the unlikely event of a tie between two players of equal PR rank, both players will /roll.

Items will be distributed in accordance with highest PR and the general use of the item. Once the item is no longer needed by the class(es) that it was designed for it can be distributed to other members in accordance with highest PR. Examples include: Paladins can't bid cloth, DPS warriors can't bid rogue gear, rogues don’t have priority over hunters for guns and bows, etc, etc. In general, if an item dropped once, it will drop again.

Recipes, Plans, Formulas, etc
Recipes for bop gear will be placed in the bank and dealt with at a later time, most likely after the raid.
BOP recipes will be given to the appropriate officer so that I can be learned.

Bonus EP:

First Kill: Double EP for killing a boss for the first time.

Guild Bank

Note: EP is not awarded for mats that come from Raids, as we all participated to kill the mob that dropped the item. EP is awarded for the items that come out of your pocket which in turn you placed into the bank. When you want to donate an item to the bank and get EP for it, you are to MAIL the item(s) to Fendi or Zoquara so that they can award you the points at the time and place the item in the bank.

Download Engravings, then download these two data files (File #1 File #2) and put them in World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\YOURACCOUTNAMEHERE\SavedVariables folder.

Downloading and installing the above will add EP values INSIDE the in-game tooltips to make it easier to donate things to the guild bank without asking Fendi for values.

Donations will not be credited after 4:00pm server time each day, until at least after that day's raid. Zoq and I both have things we have to do as far as raid prep, in game and out.

Trash
Drops from the trash waves will be rolled for, but winning one of these items will drop your PR, because they are being tracked by the EPGP interface, and you will still gain GP for them. This is to keep the raid moving faster.
